Showers Tuesday; improving forecast midweek

Showers are moving into the area this morning. Precipitation amounts should stay low, but showers continue on and off through most of the day.

It will stay cool, with temperatures in the upper 30s this morning only warming into mid 40s by afternoon.

After the rain stops this evening, skies begin to clear tonight. Lows will be near freezing by Wednesday morning, so bring your potted plants indoors overnight.

Weather improves midweek - staying dry Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a warming trend back to the 60s to end the week.

Rain arrives by the weekend, and it will stay rainy into early next week.
