Side streets to close near "five points" intersection

SOUTH BEND — According to INDOT, multiple side street closures off State Road 23 between Eddy Street and Twyckenham Drive near the "five point" intersection.
Crews will be reconstructing the roads starting Monday.
They will also start building storm sewers for the Major Moves project.
The construction is expected to be done by July.
