SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Mayor James Muller signed a contract with StreetScan, a company that uses technology to detect cracks or tripping hazards on sidewalk pavement.
Data collection of our sidewalks' current state is underway.
The City of South Bend will prioritize repairs to make pedestrians safer.
