Sign language Santa fulfills wishes for hearing-impaired

DENVER, Colo. -- A jolly greeting and Christmas bells are sounds many hearing-impaired children will never hear, but there is someone who can listen to exactly what they want for Christmas.

Some Denver kids with mild to profound hearing loss got a chance to meet Santa this week, and they got quite the surprise when they learned that he knows sign language.

Instead of mom and dad telling Santa what they want, the kids got to tell him themselves.
