Silver Alert cancelled for teen missing from Richmond

RICHMOND, Ind. – The Statewide Silver Alert for 14-year-old Courtney Tout has been cancelled, Indiana State Police announced Thursday.
The Richmond Police Department announced on Facebook that Tout was located and is safe.
