Silver Alert declared for missing 28-year-old

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for 28-year-old Stefan Thurmand, who was last seen in South Bend at 3:45 p.m. on September 22.
Thurmand is described as 6'0", 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may need medical assistance.
