Silver Alert issued for Rochester man has been cancelled

A Silver Alert issued for Rodney Howard, 78, of Rochester, who was last seen early Wednesday morning has been cancelled.
Rochester Police were investigating his disappearance.
He was last seen around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in Rochester.
The cancellation was made around 12:45 p.m. but further details were not released.
