Silver Hawks host 2012 casting call

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Silver Hawks are hoping to hire a few fresh faces.

The Silver Hawks hosted a casting call. The franchise is looking for a couple hundred employees.

Wednesday was the only day the Silver Hawks were accepting applications and quite a few people came through.

"If we want the people in the crowd to be on their feet and be excited about it, we need all of our employees, from the ushers to the ticket takers,” said Manager of Community Relations Mollie Radzinski. “You pull up to the stadium the first people you see are the parking people and we want them to be excited and get you pumped for the game."

The Silver Hawks kick off the 2012 season on April 9.
