SJCPD investigating fatal crash near Kern and Fir road

ABC 57 ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of Kern and Fir Roads for a call of a single-vehicle crash.
The crash happened just after midnight on Saturday, and there was one person in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
The individual died due to their injuries.
SJCPD is working to contact the family of the individual.
