Dr. Kinsella gives insight on developments in Washington
Tonight will be mainly dry, but snow showers will start to move into Michiana Monday morning. Snow will last until the afternoon, then change to rain/snow mix as temps warm above freezing. As temperatures fall during the night, snow will again be possible, and it will end early Tuesday morning. Accumulation doesn’t look very likely, because most will melt on contact with the ground. Therefore, 1” of accumulation or less is possible. Temperatures stay chilly until Wednesday, then we’ll have more 50 degree days in the forecast.
Tonight: Cloudy with remaining rain showers changing to snow. Low of 30.
Monday: AM snow switching to a rain/snow mix by the afternoon. High of 37.
Tuesday: A few snow showers ending in the morning. Mostly cloudy, then partly sunny late. Highs in the low 40s.
Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy. Rain moving in midday and afternoon. Highs in the mid 50s.
