Happy Friday! The weather is finally feeling more like winter.
This morning, we're seeing some light snow showers falling. Roads are still wet from yesterday's rain, which may make it more difficult for snow to stick there. Minor accumulations (less than 1") could happen in more of the grassy areas today.
Temperatures won't warm much over the course of the day; we stay in the lower 30s.
It's breezy (some wind gusts 25-30 mph) through a lot of Friday, with wind finally starting to calm tonight. Snow will taper off late this evening, and should be wrapping completely around midnight.
The cool air is here to stay through the rest of the forecast.
Saturday is dry. Sunday we have a chance to see more snow showers. Accumulations around 1" are possible.
Monday and Tuesday should be quiet. Additional snow is possible Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday next week.
Today: Scattered snow showers. Breezy and cooler. High 32.
Tonight: Snow showers early. Mostly cloudy. Low 27.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy. High 35.
Sunday: Snow showers, especially in the morning. High 35.
