Some Michiana residents able to light fireworks Saturday

Starting Saturday, residents of South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart will be able to light fireworks. 

There are a few restrictions to the rule. Residents may only set fireworks off at night, aside from the all-day clearance on July 4th.

Fireworks may not be lit in streets or city parks.
