Hot and Humid Independence Day, Storms return Sunday
Cloudy skies continue today with only a slight chance of pockets of drizzle throughout Black Friday. But, more rain mixed with sleet (and possibly freezing rain) will move in as early as about 2 AM Saturday. Precip will change over to all rain during the mid-morning and continue throughout the rest of the day. Another rain/snow chance comes back Sunday around lunch time and into the 2nd half of the day, and will likely change back to snow Sunday night. Outside of a L.E. rain/snow chance Monday, much of next week looks uneventful with highs near normal.
Today: Cloudy with a slight chance of scattered drizzle. High of 40.
Tonight: Cloudy with a wintry mix late. Low of 33.
Saturday: Wintry mix early, rainy, slow warm-up to 42 just before midnight.
Sunday: Temperatures falling from the low/mid-40s, midday and PM rain/snow showers.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of L.E. rain/snow showers. High of 38.
