SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Heavy rains continue on Tuesday and are causing headaches in neighborhoods across Michiana. The ground is saturated.
Around 11:00 a.m. in South Bend, a tree cracked and toppled onto the road in an office park just off State Road 23 at the intersection of Carmichael Drive and Dugdale Drive.
