South Bend bank robber still on the loose

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man who police say held up a bank is still on the run.
St. Joseph County deputies say a man in a blue jacket walked into the Mutual Bank off State Road 2 just north of Mayflower Road and demanded money.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Thursday. Police say the crook took off in a white, late model Nissan Maxima 4-door Sedan.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked call St. Joseph County Police.
