SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Career Academy is teaming up with the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County to help teens find a career they will love.
The non-profits received $4.4 million from the Indiana Department of Education as a part of the Explore, Engage, and Experience program.
Through this program, students gain hands on experience in different fields during middle and high school.
The program’s goal is to have students graduate with the career they want to pursue in mind, regardless of whether they choose to attend college or not.
