Fair Friday, Rainy Weekend
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Around 20 local African Americans are featured in a series that will illuminate the city.
The honorees were selected because they have made major contributions to the history and culture of South Bend.
The guests of honor will be recognized on three digital billboards from Monday to Sunday.
