SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- More restaurants could soon be coming to downtown South Bend.
Last night, the Common Council approved boundaries for a new Riverfront Development District.
It goes from Corby to Sample and Lafayette to Eddy.
The designation allows restaurants to buy a liquor license for $1,000.
Normally, they run anywhere from $30,000 to $60,000.
