South Bend Cubs host educational day at the ballpark

Kids from across Michiana attended the South Bend Cubs game against Thursday for Education Day.

This was the second one this week hosted by the Cubs. The team took on the Lansing Lugnuts at 10:30 a.m.

"It was fun seeing all the guys play out there," said one student.

While another said "I'd rather be here than doing homework."

The Lugnuts took the win 8-6.
