South Bend Cubs success affecting the major leagues

As the Chicago Cubs start their Spring Training in Mesa, AZ, a lot of familiar faces are back from last year's World Series champions team. 

But winning another title will require consistency from the minor league up. 

ABC 57 News spoke with Cubs Manager, Joe Maddon, Monday, about how the success in South Bend can trickle it's way up to the big leagues, and in turn produce another World Series title.
