SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– It was a game more than 600 days in the making, but in their 2021 season opener, the South Bend Cubs didn't disappoint. South Bend beating the Quad City River Bandits by a score of seven to four.
The Cubs are back in action Wednesday night to face the River Bandits for the second game of the series.
