South Bend man Chaunsey Fox to appear in court Monday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man connected to a 2009 murder in South Bend will be on trial Monday.
Police say Chaunsey Fox shot Eddie Williams during a robbery, killing him four years ago.
He is currently being held in the St. Joseph County Jail.
