South Bend man hit by car in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. — A South Bend man is recovering after he was hit by a car early Thursday morning. It happened just after 7 a.m. at the corner of Lincolnway East and Byrkit in Mishawaka
Police said a Honda Civic hit the 60-year-old while making a left turn.
The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
