South Bend man sentenced to over 11 years for Possession of Meth, Intent to Distribute

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A 41-year-old man was sentenced this week after pleading guilty to possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Acting United States Attorney Tina Nommay announced.
Forty-one-year-old Demetrius Clark, of South Bend, was sentenced to 135 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release.
According to documents in the case, in February 2024, Clark delivered five pounds of methamphetamine to another distributor.
"A search warrant was executed at Clark’s home in South Bend resulting in the recovery of an additional five pounds of high-purity methamphetamine along with packaging materials, a firearm, and over $8,000 cash," court documents state.
