SOUTH BEND, Ind. - South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg talked with ABC 57's Vahid Sadrzadeh about the mayor's decision not to run for a third term.
Buttigieg was asked about what he believes was his biggest achievement in office so far, and about the people already lining up to try to replace him.
