South Bend mayoral candidates address recent shootings

South Bend mayoral candidates Sean Haas and James Mueller appeared on ABC57 News Monday to discuss the recent shootings in the city.

The city has been in the national spotlight because of Mayor Pete Buttigieg's presidential campaign.

We asked both candidates the same questions.

What do you make of the anger and emotions surrounding the police involved shooting of Eric Logan that were on display during Sunday's town hall? Is enough being done to reform the police department?
