South Bend murder trial delayed

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend murder trial has been delayed.
24-year-old Terrence Belcher is charged with the October death of Jeremy Miller.
Miller's body was found in a car on Hoosier Avenue.
He had been shot several times.
Police said the two men got into a fight.
On the night of the murder, a K-9 officer found Belcher in some nearby woods.
He's now set to go to trial on Aug. 13.
