South Bend museums offering free admission to military personnel this summer
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The History Museum and the Studebaker National Museum are joining museums across the country in offering free admission to all active U.S. military personnel and their families from Armed Forces Day through Labor Day.
From May 15 through September 6, all military personnel and their families will gain free admission to a number of museums with military ID. The free admission is part of the Blue Star Museums program.
Admission to the South Bend museums includes access to all exhibits and guided tours of the Oliver Mansion.
The museums are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
