A neighbor wondered why they were allowed to loiter like that for hours.
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - South Bend Police checked out reports of juveniles displaying guns, fighting, and at least one shot fired Sunday night at Eddy Street Commons.
Officers responded to the reports at about 10:40 p.m.
Police would not confirm any of the reports, but they say officers did help disperse the crowd.
An investigation will continue, but there were no reports of any serious injuries.
