South Bend Police investigate stabbing on South Michigan Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The South Bend Police Department is investigating a stabbing that happened on South Michigan Street.

Police were called to the 500 block of South Michigan Street on Thursday around 10:30 p.m.

Officers arrived to find one victim with serious injuries.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive, according to police.
