Missing 25-year-old found safe

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Police Department says 25-year-old Richard Washington has been found and is safe.
Police had asked for help locating Washington, who had not been seen since July 16 when he was seen walking away from his home in South Bend.
South Bend Police announced Thursday afternoon he had been located and was safe.
