South Bend Police make modifications to chase policies

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Board of Public Safety approved changes to South Bend Police's chase policy at their meeting Wednesday.
One of the major changes involves the role of the command supervisor.
The command supervisor can't be involved in the chase, but will focus on the effort to end it. They will approve PIT moves and road blocks.
