South Bend Police need a witness to come forward

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police have received numerous tips in the deaths of 21 animals found in an alley near Indiana Avenue a few days ago.
The tips have helped police develop a person of interest in the case. Over a dozen people called in tips and all of them named the same person as the possible suspect.
Police say they need a witness who is willing to come forward and state on the record what they have seen or heard from the suspect.
