South Bend Police searching for 76-year-old missing since December 2

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 76-year-old Norman Spiess, who was last seen on Saturday near downtown South Bend.
Spiess is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds and was last seen wearing a yellow jacket, a white collared shirt, brown pants and a blue and white ball cap.
Police said he could still be in the downtown area and may need medical assistance.
