South Bend Police searching for Anthony Banks, last seen on March 4

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 47-year-old Anthony Banks, who was last seen on March 4.
Banks is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 200 pounds and has a red beard.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans and glasses.
