South Bend Police searching for missing 51-year-old

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 51-year-old Rhanda Flowers, who was last seen on the afternoon of June 14 on the southeast side of South Bend.
Flowers is described as 5’5”, 103 pounds, with shoulder-length gray and blonde hair.
She has multiple tattoos on her neck and arms.
She may be traveling by a rideshare service.
