South Bend Police searching for suspect in Huey Street shooting
SOUTH BEND, Ind.—South Bend Police are searching for a suspect in Monday night’s shooting on N. Huey Street.
Police say that an argument took place right before shots were fired on Monday night around 8:55 p.m. in the 1100 block of N. Huey.
When officers arrived to the scene, they initially did not find a victim.
While searching they were searching the area, a 28-year-old man approached police with a non-life threatening wound to the arm. The victim was taken to the hospital.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a dark colored shirt or sweatshirt and driving a black SUV.
