South Bend teen shot in foot

South Bend Police are investigating a shooting that sent a teen to the hospital.
Shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, a 17-year-old boy showed up to Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound. According to South Bend crime logs, the teen reported he'd been shot in the foot during an attempted robbery.
This crime was reported in the 1300 block of West Kinyon Street.
Some people who live on that block said they didn't hear any gunshots that morning.
