South Bend Traffic Troubles

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend drivers listen up July 16 could cause for some traffic trouble!
Lincolnway East between Capital and Byrkit will be closed starting at 7 am Monday morning.
This is while water valves are being installed.
Motorists are reminded to observe all signs and use caution around working crews.
The work should be complete by Friday July 20, weather permitting.
