South Bend's Chase Tower springs a leak

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend's Chase Tower sprung a leak, of sorts, on Monday.

We called the city to find out what was going on.
Crews said they were just testing the garage equivalent of a fire hydrant.
