NOW: South Bend’s County-City Building is closed today due to a water main break

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The County-City Building will be closed today as they deal with a water main break in Courthouse 1. 

All floors are flooded as a result of the break and the water has been turned off in the building.
