South Shore Line dropping passengers at Soldier Field for Sunday's Bears game

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- In efforts to better accommodate passengers taking the South Shore Line to Chicago for this Sunday's Chicago Bears game, the company plans to stop select trains at Metra’s 18th Street Station, which connects passengers directly to the Soldier Field entrance via a pedestrian walkway.

The 18th St. Station is not a regularly scheduled stop, so passengers planning to get off at 18th St. for the game should buy tickets for the Museum Campus/11th Street stop.

The following trains will serve 18th St. Station on Nov. 10:

Westbound

  • Train 502 18th St. arrival at 9:07 a.m.
  • Train 504 18th St. arrival at 10:07 a.m.
  • Train 606 18th St. arrival at 11:56 a.m.

Eastbound

  • Train 605 departs 18th St. at 3:35 p.m.
  • Trail 507 departs 18th St. at 5:12 p.m.

Check out the full schedule of Bears/SSL 18th St. stops before making plans for the home game against the New England Patriots at noon on Sunday.
