Special prosecutor requested for Elkhart Police investigation

ELKHART, Ind. -- A special prosecutor has been requested for an Elkhart police investigation.
Police are investigating a person affiliated with Elkhart County government. So far, the person's name and the crime that's being investigated has not been made public.
The special prosecutor is from Allen County.
