BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Spectrum Health Lakeland had approximately 50 applicants visit their job fair on Thursday, but they are looking for more online applications to be filled out.
Hiring new talent is crucial currently for Spectrum Health and is looking to add new employees for positions in environmental services, nutrition, and nursing support.
"Give us a chance. We’re a great team of people who are invested and embedded in this community, so we’re looking for individuals who also have that passion and drive,” said Juan Carlos Hernandez, Talent Acquisition Manager of Spectrum Health.
