Speedway woman becomes accidental lotto winner

SPEEDWAY, Ind. – One Indiana woman became an accidental lottery winner of nearly $100,000.
Fannie Watkins from Speedway said she accidentally bought the wrong scratch-off and won. She thought she was buying a different ticket, but when the clerk handed her a Scorchin' Hot 9's scratch-off, she decided to buy it anyway.
She plans to pay off her credit cards.
