S.R. 2 closed in Lake, Porter counties

LAKE COUNTY, Ind. — State Road 2 in Lake and Porter Counties is closed because of the damage from Wednesday's storms.
According to INDOT, the storms knocked down power line towers between U.S. 231 and I-65.
INDOT says clean-up could take place over the next two days.
Officials warn drivers should also look out for high water on some roads.
