St. Joe County Public Library hosting invasive plant presentation on September 10

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A presentation about invasive plants is being held at the main branch of the St. Joseph County Public Library on Tuesday, September 10.

The first presentation is taking place at 3 p.m. and the second at 6 p.m. at the Community Learning Center in the main library.

The presentation, held with the St. Joseph Marshall County Invasive Plant Partnership, is called "Invasive Plants and What We Can Do About Them" and is about how invasive plants affect our local ecosystem.

Ronda Spaulding, a Regional Specialist from the State of Indiana Cooperative Management and Sarah Longnecker, a St. Joseph County Conservationist, will be presenters.
