St. Joe grade school gets outstanding recognition in education

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -A South Bend catholic school, is being recognized by the government.
The U.S. Department of Education has named St. Joseph Grade School a 2011 National Blue Ribbon School.
The award honors public and private schools, for student achievement. The Fort Wayne-South Bend diocese credits St. Joseph's focus on teaching the fundamentals.
