ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - More items from Portage Manor are set to be up for auction online soon.
St. Joseph County leaders are selling tools, furniture, office supplies, and even old jail cells.
County Commissioner Derek Dieter says there is so much inside Portage Manor, and that a lot of it will be donated to organizations all over the county.
Dieter stated, "There's just a lot of stuff that's been accumulated, you know over the hundred years this place has been around. There's a chapel that we have, and we're going to donate all the things from the chapel to the Notre Dame Basilica, I think next week."
Bidding for some of these Portage Manor items will take place online, here.
