St. Joseph County offices closing at 3 p.m. Thursday

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - All St. Joseph County offices will close at 3 p.m. Thursday in preparation for incoming blizzard conditions.
All offices will also be closed on Friday.
Offices will reopen on December 26.
